NEW Online Storage Auctions!
Assured Self Storage is conducting a public auction to satisfy a landlord’s lien.
We will be conducting all our April storage auctions online. All bidding will take place at www.StorageBattles.com. Bidding will start on April 9th and the bidding will close on April 24th and April 25th. You can register to bid, for free, online with Storagebattles.com. Use the keyword search function on Storagebattles.com, and search for the word “ASSURED” to view all our storage units available for auction. You can review the photos of the auction units, and read about the general contents. All the auction guidelines will be posted on their website.
Winning bidders are given 72 hours to remove all property in the unit(s). Sales tax is applicable on every sale, unless sales tax certificate is presented to at the time of payment. Payment can be made in our offices by cash only. Every unit requires a $40 cleaning deposit that will be returned to buyer when the unit is cleared out.

Why Storage Auctions?
Spending $400 on a room full of junk sounds crazy, right? Well, yes. That’s right. But sometimes crazy pays off. Storage Auctions can be pretty wild sometimes. They call it a “war” on television. All sorts of characters battle it out on camera and use their different skills, and wads of cash, to see if they’ll get lucky and score the motherload. There is some risk that goes in to participating in a storage shed auction. Frequent auction goers know that sometimes what seems like a priceless heirloom in the back corner of a dark storage shed is sometimes more worthless than priceless. But they also know that sometimes you get lucky.
