Assured Self Storage is holding a public auction to satisfy a landlord’s lien. Units include:
- appliances,
- furniture,
- toys,
- clothing,
- miscellaneous household items,
- tools,
- boxes
- and much, much more.
Auction Terms:
Payment can be made by cash only. Sales tax is applicable on every sale, unless sales tax certificate is presented to auctioneer at the auction. Buyers are given 48 hours to remove all property in the unit(s). Every unit requires a $40 cleaning deposit that will be returned to buyer when the unit is cleared out. Wholesale and retail buyers are welcome.
